1. Scope

This policy covers all Sub 70 products ordered via our website and distinguishes between two item types:

  • Standard items: All non-custom products.
  • Custom items: Any product with “Custom” in the title.

2. Processing Times

  • Standard items: Orders placed before 12:00pm (GMT) are processed and dispatched the next working day following receipt of your order. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed and dispatched on the second working day.
  • Custom items: Custom products are made to order and will be processed and dispatched within 20 working daysfrom the date of your order.

For the purposes of this policy, “working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

3. Standard Items Shipping

  • Once dispatched, Standard items will be delivered within 5 working days from the date of order placement.

4. Peak-Time Shipping for Standard Items

  • Peak Season: From 1 April to 31 August each year, delivery carriers may experience heightened demand.
  • During this period, delivery of Standard items may take up to 20 working days from the date of order placement.

Note: Custom items remain on their standard 20‑working‑day dispatch schedule regardless of season.

5. Tracking Information

  • Full tracking details are provided via a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking notifications will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout and may also include SMS updates if you supply a valid mobile number.

6. Delivery Charges

  • United Kingdom: Free delivery on all orders, fulfilled via DPD.
  • European Union: A flat-rate charge of £25 applies to all EU destinations, fulfilled via DPD.

7. Delivery Partner

All deliveries—domestic and EU—are handled exclusively by DPD, ensuring reliable and trackable courier service.

8. Amendments & Exceptions

  • If any part of your order is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you within 2 working days of your order date, providing revised delivery estimates.
  • We reserve the right to amend this policy at our discretion; any changes will be published on our website and will apply only to orders placed after the date of amendment.
