We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if unsuitable, subject to the terms below.

Non-Custom Items

  • You may return any non-custom item in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original protective packaging and labels, within 14 days of receiving it.
  • If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it, you will receive a full refund including standard delivery costs, in accordance with UK consumer law. Returns made after 14 days (but within 28 days) are eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Custom or Personalised Items

  • Items built to customised specifications or personalised equipment cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of fault or defect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
  • Faulty goods must be reported to us as soon as possible and returned within 30 days for a full refund. After this period, we will offer a repair or replacement where possible.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We will do our best to amend or cancel your order, but if it has already been processed, you will need to follow the returns procedure.
  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

We recommend obtaining proof of posting and insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
