Delivery

Stock orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) are picked, packed and handed to DPD the next working day. These products usually arrive within five working days (or up to 20 working days during our busy season, 1 April–31 August) from the date of purchase. Any product with “Custom” in its title or items built with custom specification are built to order and will be delivered within 20 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email (and optional SMS) with full DPD tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery is free anywhere in the UK, and EU orders incur a flat £25 charge.

Returns

Not quite right?

You can return any non-custom item in its original, unopened and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Custom items (those with “custom” in the title or built with non-standard components) can only be returned if faulty. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by UK law – we’ll repair, replace or refund.
