Clearance items ordered before 12:00 pm (GMT) are picked, packed and handed to DPD the next working day. These products usually arrive within five working days (or up to 20 working days during our busy season, 1 April–31 August) from the date of purchase. All other products are currently awaiting components and will be delivered within 20 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email (and optional SMS) with full DPD tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery is free anywhere in the UK, and EU orders incur a flat £25 charge.

Returns

Not quite right?

You can return any non-custom item in its original, unopened and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Custom items (those with “custom” in the title or built with non-standard components) can only be returned if faulty. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by UK law – we’ll repair, replace or refund.
