Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) are picked, packed and handed to DPD the next working day. These products usually arrive within five working days (or up to 20 working days during our busy season, 1 April–31 August) from the date of purchase. Any product with “Custom” in its title is built to order and will be dispatched within 20 working days.
