Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) are picked, packed and handed to DPD the next working day. You can return any non-custom item in its original, unopened and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Custom items (those with “custom” in the title) can only be returned if faulty. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by UK law – we’ll repair, replace or refund.
